Thrive with their schoolwork. Having the necessary textbooks is a big deal for our kids! New school uniforms create a sense of belonging – something every child needs. Plus, of course, having desks where they can learn and study comfortably is a must!
Have fun when school is over. What child doesn’t love to kick a ball around? Once homework is complete, our kids will love playing with the sports equipment purchased with your gifts!
Stay healthy and strong. Our children’s caregivers often need to treat cuts and bruises, and new first aid kids will help them as they deal with these minor emergencies! Our Amani Medical Center, which treats more than 300 people every month, has new masks and gloves, medicines, and vital equipment needed to save lives from malaria and other preventable diseases.
Have a relaxing place to sleep. 36 blankets were donated through our catalog, as well as beds and mattresses. Thanks to your kindness and concern, our children are getting a great night’s sleep, allowing them to wake up each morning refreshed and ready to learn!

Learn important skills. We have just enrolled more young women into our empowerment program, and the six new sewing machines donated through the gift catalog – as well as your purchases of handmade items - will help provide them with the training they need. Our children will also gain gardening skills thanks to your gifts of farming equipment, tools, and an ox!
