Partnering With Your Church

CommunityChurch.jpg.jpg

Partnerships are at the heart of all that we do!

So much more can be accomplished when we join hands with others and serve together - children, families, and entire communities are transformed! We treasure the healthy partnerships we have with our church partners around the world - and
we would love to have your church join the family!

What does partnership with HopeCo look like?

WE Will Build a healthy relationship that honors God and one another

This is the foundation of any strong partnership! Our communications with you could include regular video conference calls, visits to your church, and activities with your children’s program. There will be opportunities for your church members to visit our programs in East Africa to spend time with our staff and children. And we will always invite feedback from you about how our partnership together can be strengthened.

WE will work together to bring hope

By partnering with HopeCo, you will play a significant role in transforming the lives of children, their families, and the broader communities that we serve in East Africa. Your financial support will meet vital needs by providing food, medical care, clothing, education, and sharing the Gospel. Be assured we’ll always keep you fully updated with news, stories, and updates about the progress made in any project or program you invest in!

WE will support one another in prayer

As a Christ-centered organization, prayer is central to our work – and there is much we can be praying for together! We are committed to providing you with regular prayer updates - and we want to be praying for you and your church too!

we will join hands in practical service

We love hosting teams, and HopeCo is a great place for a group from your church to serve! In addition to short-term mission trips, we also have opportunities that allow interns or longer-term volunteers to share their skills as they serve with us.

we will Learn and grow together

Partnership provides a wonderful opportunity to listen to each other and learn together as we engage in discussions about such issues as Biblical justice, poverty, orphan care, and missions, or by sharing resources and exchanging ideas!

What our partners say…

"Since the beginning of our partnership with HopeCo, we have seen the impact not only on kids in Tanzania but on our congregation in Virginia. The support we provide is not limited to our monthly financial contribution but is felt through our prayer for this ministry and direct engagement. It has ignited a passion for sending a team to City of Hope in 2022. We are thrilled to see how this experience will deepen our partnership."

Brian Kirby, Executive Director, The Community Church, Ashburn, VA

“Our church has been blessed to partner with HopeCo for five years in the vital work they are doing sharing the Gospel in Tanzania and Kenya. Our kids’ ministry and church families support children at the Family Empowerment Center in Machakos, and we recently sent a team of 15 men to serve the ministry. Our church leadership has visited City of Hope and was impressed with the excellent Gospel-centered care and education children receive. We were given a joyful welcome and saw the scope of the ministry, from residential care and schooling to the Amani Medical Center which provides essential healthcare for the community. Two of our young adults completed summer internships at City of Hope and are pursuing careers in missions. We are planning a team to City of Hope next year and we’re excited for the opportunity for more of our congregation to be involved in the Great Commission as we grow our partnership with HopeCo.”

Mel Parker, Director of Outreach, Calvary Church, Valparaiso, IN

“Having witnessed HopeCo’s ministry firsthand, I am profoundly moved by their Christ-centered approach to caring for vulnerable children, young women, and their local community. Their work embodies Jesus’ mandate to love and care for “least among us” through compassionate action rather than mere words. When I visited, I saw not just programs but the Gospel through caregivers who embody Jesus’ love by meeting educational, physical, and spiritual needs with dignity and excellence. Our church remains committed to supporting this vital ministry because we have seen how lives have been transformed when vulnerable souls experience genuine love and compassion. In HopeCo’s work, we witness God’s kingdom breaking through in tangible ways.”
